The average transaction price for Pangsapuri Danaumas, Selangor was RM416 psf, based on EdgeProp’s data for the past 48 months. Historically, the highest price recorded on EdgeProp was RM477 psf in February 2018 for an 818 sq ft unit, and the lowest was RM141 psf in February 2005 for another 818 sq ft unit.

According to Mohd Azwan Ahmad Kamal (REN 74843) (010-841 4014) of Maxxan Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyer was drawn to the home’s proximity to SMK Seksyen 7, offering convenient transit for school-going children. The seller was ready to let go of the unit, making it a smooth match for both parties.

As of end-August, there were 19 sale listings on EdgeProp at Pangsapuri Danaumas, with an average asking price of RM318,736.84 or RM369.95 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 815 to 851 sq ft. For rentals, there was one listing, with a monthly rent of RM1,600 or RM1.96 psf, based on a built-up of 815 sq ft.
