KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 10): Chin Hin Group Bhd has relaunched its flagship learning institution, the Chin Hin Academy for Reskilling & Transformation (CHART), aimed at equipping its workforce with future-ready skills in the era of generative AI.
In a statement on Wednesday, the restructured academy is intended to support the group’s transition into a skill-based organisation, with a focus on agility, resilience, and long-term growth.

The launch, held at Menara Chin Hin, featured a panel session with industry leaders including Human Resources Development Corp’s (HRD Corp) chief strategy officer Dr Rony Ambrose Gobilee, partner & managing director, Southeast Asia of Aon Rahul Chawla and Microsoft ASEAN and Korea’s employee learning lead Delphine Gunther.
Dr Rony underscored the importance of leadership in driving skills transformation, noting that organisational leaders play a critical role in shaping a future-ready workforce.
Gunther emphasized the need for agility and critical thinking in adopting AI as a tool for innovation, while Chawla highlighted the importance of resilience and proactive use of technology in the workplace.
The event also featured the CHART Themepark, which showcased 14 interactive booths and experiential activities, including a Microsoft AI Copilot Prompt Battle and a Design Thinking Mini-Sprint, conducted in collaboration with the Group’s learning partners.
“In a world reshaped by AI, leadership must evolve. CHART is our commitment to cultivating leaders who are not only technically proficient but also agile, empathetic, and visionary. This academy is a cornerstone of our transformation into a skill-based organisation,” said Chin Hin group managing director, Datuk Wira Chiau Haw Choon.
