SHAH ALAM (Sept 22): S P Setia Bhd has appointed Tan Hwa Min as deputy chief executive officer and Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus as chief operating officer with effect from Nov 17, 2025 and Oct 1, 2025, respectively.
“These appointments are in line with Setia's robust leadership talent agenda, as the company continues to advance internal talents and attract external high-calibre professionals to augment its leadership team,” stated S P Setia in a statement today.
Tan has 15 years of experience in property development and strategic transformation. He currently serves as chief strategy officer at IJM Corp Bhd and managing director at IJM RE Sdn Bhd, where he leads growth and operational initiatives. Prior to that, Tan was the chief operating officer of TRX City Sdn Bhd in which he played a key role in the development of the Tun Razak Exchange.

Yuslina, formerly from I&P Group, joined S P Setia in 2018 and is currently the senior executive vice president. She will assume the position of COO to be vacated by Datuk Zaini Yusoff upon his appointment as the President and CEO effective Oct 1, 2025. Her role at Setia includes overseeing six major townships (including Setia Alam, Setia Eco Park, Setia Eco Glades), stakeholder operations, asset management, and S P Setia Foundation, demonstrating her ability to manage complex portfolios and align business goals with social impact.
