KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 26): AYER Holdings Bhd (KL:AYER) has recorded a full take-up for all 54 units at Bukit Puchong Boulevard within 11 months of launch and is moving ahead with the second phase of the commercial precinct, it said in a press release on Sept 23.

AYER group chief executive officer Joanne Lee said: “The 100% take-up rate achieved within just 11 months of launch is a testament to the strong trust placed in AYER and the enduring appeal of Bandar Bukit Puchong as a growing destination for businesses and communities.”

The freehold project, launched in September 2024, comprises two- and three-storey shopoffices ranging from 3,520 sq ft to 9,504 sq ft. It has a gross development value of RM139.7 million. The selling prices at launch for intermediate units were from RM2.238 million, end-lot units from RM3.453 million and corner units from RM6.111 million.

Units feature 19ft ceilings for mezzanine floors, rooftop spaces for outdoor use and full-glass frontages.

The unveiled Bukit Puchong Boulevard 2 is expected to extend the commercial footprint with new shopoffices that carry the same design hallmarks and connectivity.

The shopoffices sit within Bandar Bukit Puchong, with connectivity via the KESAS, MEX, LDP and SKVE highways.

“Looking ahead, we are excited to share that AYER will soon unveil the Bandar Bukit Puchong Township Masterplan—a vision inspired by the finest examples of liveable communities, built on sustainability, connectivity, inclusivity, and placemaking,” said Lee.
