KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 9): UOA Development Bhd (KL:UOADEV) has confirmed its first 11 retail partners for the 130,000 sq ft Retail Podium at Bamboo Hills Residences, scheduled to open in 2027.

Jaya Grocer will anchor the podium, joined by 7 Eleven, Food City, Hairmo Hairdressing, Health Lane Family Pharmacy, Hock Kee Kopitiam, Komune Care, Luckin Coffee, Nasi Lemak Shop, R Pharmacy, and ZUS Coffee.

“These first partners reflect our shared commitment to offering a welcoming retail experience at Bamboo Hills, thoughtfully curated to the evolving needs and lifestyles of today’s diverse communities,” said UOA Development general manager (projects) Stephanie Kong.

Kong said the retail mix would focus on essential daily needs such as groceries, dining, wellness, and healthcare services.

The Retail Podium will serve residents of Bamboo Hills Residences, a freehold development of 2,517 units across three blocks, and is part of the larger Bamboo Hills integrated township.

The podium follows the completion of the Bamboo Hills Dining Enclave, a destination featuring landscaped grounds, water features, open-air dining pavilions, and expansive outdoor spaces.

Bamboo Hills Residences will be connected to the Kentonmen MRT Station via a link bridge, forming part of a transit-oriented masterplan with access to major highways and amenities.
