The average transacted price for Taman Sri Hartamas in Kuala Lumpur was RM785 psf, based on EdgeProp’s data for the past 48 months. Historically, the highest price recorded in EdgeProp for residential properties in Taman Sri Hartamas was RM1,388 psf in November 2021 for a 1,765-sq ft unit, and the lowest was RM139 psf in November 2002 for a 1,870-sq ft unit

According to Joshua Selvan Yogaselvam (REN 34563) (017-613 3357) of Tech Real Estate (SJ) Sdn Bhd, the buyer liked the well-renovated house which needed little refurbishment. It was also located along a quiet and guarded street. The previous owner sold the property to upgrade to a larger property.

As of the beginning of October, there were 29 sale listings on EdgeProp at Taman Sri Hartamas, with an average asking price of RM2,520,344.83 or RM841.30 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,400 to 7,640 sq ft. For rentals, there was one listing, with an average monthly rate of RM18,000 or RM4.10 psf, based on a built-up 4,400 sq ft.
