• During the “30 Years Together” anniversary campaign period, a total of 558 purchasers booked and completed property transactions across the group’s selected residential, commercial, and industrial developments in Bandar Putra Kulai, Taman Lagenda Putra, Taman Kempas Utama, Bandar IOI Segamat, and Platino Avenue in the southern region.

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 23): IOI Properties Group Bhd (KL:IOIPG) achieved RM437 million in sales from its southern region projects over a three-month period during its “30 Years Together” anniversary campaign, which ran from April 1 to June 30.

During the campaign period, a total of 558 purchasers booked and completed property transactions across the group’s selected residential, commercial, and industrial developments in Bandar Putra Kulai, Taman Lagenda Putra, Taman Kempas Utama, Bandar IOI Segamat, and Platino Avenue in the southern region.

“The campaign clearly demonstrated resounding confidence in the standard of quality and excellence demonstrated within our offerings, with 33% of purchasers outside of Johor and 5% from foreign investors,” said IOI Properties southern region chief operating officer Lim Beng Yeang in a press statement issued on Thursday.

He added that the demand for homeownership was clear, as 94% of the purchases made were for residential properties.

IOI Properties recently launched i-Nova in Johor Bahru on Aug 8. It is a mixed-use development comprising 922 small office, home office (SoHo) units with built-ups ranging from 467 to 646 sq ft. The development will be developed in two phases, with phase 1 comprising 461 units and phase 2 comprising 461 units. The project is slated for completion in June 2029. According to the statement, 60% of phase 1 were sold.

Upcoming launches of the group in the southern region are Kempas Square, Carillon 3 and Marvela 3A.

Kempas Square is a commercial development located in Taman Kempas Utama, featuring 27 freehold two- and three-storey shop offices with land area of 24ft by 70ft.

Carillon 3 is a residential development featuring 112 single-storey terrace homes with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and built-ups starting from 1,328 sq ft with land size of 24ft by 75ft.

Marvela 3A features 91 freehold double-storey terraced houses with built-ups starting from 2,039 sq ft, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
