AWC secures RM82.5m govt facilities management and maintenance job

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 28): AWC Bhd (KL:AWC) has secured an RM82.46 million contract from the Public Works Department to provide facilities management and maintenance services for government buildings.

The five-year contract will commence on Jan 1, 2026, and run until Dec, 31, 2030, the integrated facilities management services firm said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Services under the contract are to be rendered for buildings in Kompleks E, Presint 1, Putrajaya

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the company’s earnings and net assets throughout its duration.
