Norman began his real estate journey at just 19 years old, and in the eight years since, he's built a career defined by rapid growth and strategic leadership. His very first sale, a modest RM300,000 sub-sale house, was the catalyst that ignited his passion.

From there, his ambition soared, leading him to close over 150 cases in a single year and expand his reach across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Today, he holds the title of branch director, leading a team and continuing to push boundaries.

Norman's journey to becoming a millionaire was marked by a key shift from individual hustle to team leadership. While he achieved his first RM100,000 through persistence, and RM500,000 through client relationships, his leap to RM1 million came with a new role.

That leadership role became the true game-changer in my journey.

"Reaching RM1 million was made possible when I had the opportunity to lead a team of 50 experienced agents, working closely with developers to successfully sell out their projects," he explained.

His daily performance is a testament to his belief in discipline and consistency. He starts each day with a clear plan and prioritizes taking action.

"Success is built on small wins repeated daily showing up, staying hungry, and never settling," he said.

Norman positions himself not merely as an agent but as a property consultant, providing valuable insights and solutions. His brand stands out through a combination of consistent branding and strategic partnerships with developers. He attributes his ability to maintain high performance to a strong focus on time management and discipline, viewing his career as his top priority.

His most challenging period was during the MCO pandemic. He was just beginning to partner with a developer and learn online marketing when everything came to a halt.

"Our team shrank quickly during that time," he recalled. "But instead of giving up, I took it as a turning point to sharpen my skills in digital marketing, rebuild my team, and adapt to a new way of doing business."

This experience taught him resilience and shaped his approach to leadership. He advises younger agents that there are no shortcuts to success.

"I always tell younger agents: there’s no shortcut only consistency, discipline, and hunger to learn," he stated. "Stay humble, show up every day, and don’t be afraid to fail."

For Norman, hitting RM1 million was not the finish line, but a reminder that with focus and discipline, anything is possible. He remains driven by a core belief he learned early in his career.

“I’ve learned to stay humble, keep learning, and always leverage the wisdom of those ahead," he shared.

He hopes to leave a legacy by creating a platform where his team can achieve their dreams and grow into leaders themselves.
