“I shifted my mindset to view every difficulty or challenging situation as an opportunity to gain experience and earn, rather than a setback,” she said.
The new perspective allowed her to hit her first RM100,000 by consistently serving every client with sincerity. By the time she reached her first RM500,000 and then RM1 million, she had established a strong network and brand built on a reputation for integrity and delivering results.

Her most challenging year was 2017 when she made the bold decision to become a full-time agent. She faced the immense pressure of proving her commitment and skill, but she persevered by focusing on building a strong reputation one transaction at a time.
Her advice to younger agents is rooted in their experience. She tells them that consistency is what separates the winners from the rest. “The agents who win big are the ones who stay consistent when no one is watching,” she advised.

“I hope the younger generation still believes that real estate isn’t just about selling property, it’s about changing lives,” she said, reflecting her ultimate goal of leaving a lasting, positive impact on the industry.
