KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 5): MTD Properties held a groundbreaking ceremony for MTD Residensi Sutera Vista on Nov 1, marking the launch of the final residential phase in the Taman Sutera township.
The 4.2-acre development in Kajang will comprise two 19-storey residential towers with 378 units ranging from 900 to 1,000 sq ft. It forms the last component of the 160-acre Taman Sutera master plan by MTD Properties.
Some units under the project are designated for the Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) affordable housing scheme, as part of the developer’s support for state housing policies. Officiating the ceremony was Selangor state EXCO for housing and culture Datuk Borhan Aman Shah.
MTD group CEO Reime Rizal Abdul Aziz said the development was designed to offer quality homes without sacrificing comfort or modern living.

“Affordability does not mean having to compromise. This belief underpins all our developments, and we are committed to ensuring that every Malaysian has access to a quality home,” he added.
The group has developed over 10 residential and commercial projects in Taman Sutera to date, and maintains an active pipeline in other areas including Bangsar, Taman Tasik Utama, Ayer Keroh, Seremban, Jenjarom, and Sungai Kantan.
