Judy’s yearly goal is clear and unwavering, to make each year better than the last. “My goal is that every year must be better than the previous one,” she said. “It’s about raising the bar higher, doing higher-value sales, and working with higher-net-worth clientele.”

She credits much of her growth to the people she’s met along the way. “Every person I’ve met in this industry has shaped who I am today, from entrepreneurs to their staff, condominium managers to security guards, houseowners to contractors, and from my principals to my admin team and colleagues,” she reflected.
