KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 7): Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING) has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with MapleHome to introduce professionally managed serviced accommodation at its M Grand Minori development in Johor Bahru.
The agreement was formalised by Mah Sing group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow and MapleHome managing director Danny Hor at Mah Sing’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, according to a statement.
The collaboration enables MapleHome to offer a suite of property management and hospitality services to M Grand Minori residents and investors, including in-house maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, air conditioning servicing and airport transfers.
Homeowners will also be able to engage MapleHome directly to manage their units, supported by additional services such as parcel handling, house moving assistance and enhanced security with controlled visitor access.
M Grand Minori is a 5.99-acre freehold mixed-use project in Taman Pelangi, located 3km from the Bukit Chagar Rapid Transit System station and 5.4km from the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex in Johor Bahru.

The project has an estimated gross development value of RM1.5 billion and is provisionally GreenRE-certified, with sustainability features including electric vehicle charging stations, rainwater harvesting, an automated waste system and an express car park ramp.
Phase 1 of the development comprises two serviced apartment towers and a retail podium, with residential units ranging from 403 to 835 sq ft in layouts including studio, one-bedroom, one-plus-one-bedroom, dual-key and three-bedroom.
M Grand Minori is situated near amenities including KSL City Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Columbia Asia Hospital and Foon Yew High School. It is also 7.4km from Larkin Sentral.
Voon said: “Our collaboration with MapleHome represents a strategic step to expand the value proposition of M Grand Minori. As Johor Bahru evolves into a dynamic, cross-border hub, there is a growing appetite for flexible, well-managed living options. This partnership leverages MapleHome’s hospitality expertise to elevate our residents’ and investors’ experience while reinforcing M Grand Minori as a benchmark for modern city living.”
Hor added, “We are delighted to partner with Mah Sing, one of Malaysia’s leading developers, to introduce professionally managed serviced units within M Grand Minori. The project’s strategic location in Taman Pelangi, close to the RTS Link and surrounded by mature amenities, positions it perfectly for cross-border commuters and travellers.
