KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 12): The November Auction Carnival 2025 will be held on Nov 26, featuring nearly 600 properties from both bank foreclosures and Owner Auction™ listings, offering exciting deals for homebuyers and investors.
Organised by Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd (NCM Co) and Owner Auction (M) Sdn Bhd, the event will be held at the NCM Co Auction Hall, Megan Avenue 2, 12 Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, from 10am to 5pm.
“The flagship hybrid carnival continues the legacy of NCM Co’s 38 years of auction excellence, bringing together property, art, and lifestyle under one roof,” stated NCM Co in a media release.
Attendees can make use of both on-site and online bidding to participate in real time. Bidding deposits start from as low as 5% for selected bank properties, making it even easier for first-time buyers and investors to participate.
From affordable homes to high-value assets, the event offers something for every budget.
“The Owner Auction™ segment, known for connecting willing sellers directly with buyers, will be featured alongside bank property auctions, giving participants the best of both worlds—value and transparency,” stated NCM Co.
The auction will start at 10.30am and take a mid-day break at 12pm for a special performance and games session featuring acoustic singer Maria Effendi.
The auction will resume at 1.30pm and continue throughout the afternoon.
Prizes await successful bidders, including 999.9 fine gold, massage chairs, coffee maker and other exciting giveaways. Registered bidders attending in person will also receive exclusive entry gifts.
