According to EdgeProp EPIQ, the average transacted price for landed homes within The Mulia Residence showed consistent yearly growth from RM1 million, to RM1.1 million, to RM1.3 million from 2022 to 2024. On a per-square-foot (psf) basis, prices charted an increase from RM610 in 2022 to RM688 in 2023, before surging to RM1,300 in 2024.
