KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 27): Tuju Setia Bhd (KL:TJSETIA) has secured a RM54 million contract to construct a five-storey factory in Klang, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday, the builder said its wholly owned unit Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd accepted the letter of award (LOA) from Syntec Intelligence Technology Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction and completion of the facility at Bandar Bukit Raja.
The development will comprise production facilities, office space, a two-storey car park, a mechanical and electrical room, a rooftop canteen and other ancillary facilities.

The group said the contract will run for 14 months beginning Dec 8, 2025.
Tuju Setia said the project will boost earnings and net assets per share for the year ending Dec 31, 2026, and will not affect its share capital or ownership.
Shares of Tuju Setia finished one sen or 5.26% lower at 18 sen on Thursday, valuing the company at RM62.63 million.
