SERDANG (Dec 7): Multiplex Property Group marked a key milestone today with the official opening of its new headquarters in Taman Bukit Serdang, held in conjunction with the soft launch of Alamanda Heights Residence, a 36-storey freehold condominium development.

The event was officiated by Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook, who commended the developer’s commitment to enhancing urban development and creating community-centred spaces in Selangor.

Multiplex Property Group chairman Datuk Adam Lee said the new headquarters and residential project underscored the Group’s continued growth and long-term presence in the region.

“Today officially marks an important step forward for Multiplex as we strengthen our operations with a new office headquarters and introduce Alamanda Heights Residence to the public. This development embodies our vision to deliver homes that combine strategic location, modern design, and long-term value.

“With construction progressing well, we are confident that Alamanda Heights will soon be a new landmark and benchmark for modern urban living in Taman Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan,” he said.

Completed in 2019 with the issuance of its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), the new headquarters now serves as the Group’s central command hub, supporting Alamanda Heights Residence, ongoing projects, and several upcoming high-rise and landed developments.

The facility aims to enhance internal coordination, improve project delivery, and strengthen service efficiency for stakeholders.

Alamanda Heights Residence will feature 440 units across several layouts, including RSKU units, with piling works currently underway and completion targeted within three years. The project offers strong connectivity within Taman Bukit Serdang and access to nearby highways and established amenities.

More than 250 guests, including government officials, industry partners and financial institutions, attended the launch, which featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, lion dance performance, office tour, show unit tour and media engagement session.
