Tower A's non-Bumiputera units at The Straits View DUO fully taken up

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 9): BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd has fully sold all non-Bumiputera units in Tower A of The Straits View DUO within two months of launch. The strong response prompted the developer to open Tower B for booking.

According to a press release on Tuesday, The Straits View DUO is a twin-tower development located in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru, comprising 715 serviced apartments and 15 retail lots.

Unit sizes range from 645 to 1,291 sq ft with configurations including 1+1 bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom dual-key layouts.

“The overwhelming response to Tower A reflects homebuyers’ growing appreciation for residences that seamlessly balance design, functionality and lifestyle,” said group chief executive officer Christopher Manivannan.

“BRDB brings this philosophy to life through the thoughtfully crafted homes at The Straits View DUO, complemented by community-centred spaces that foster connection, vibrancy, and a genuine sense of belonging.”

The project includes more than 30 lifestyle facilities, such as an infinity pool, eco-fit workout park, golf simulator, co-working hub and a multipurpose hall with a badminton court. Sustainability features include electric vehicle-ready infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient lighting, and the use of low volatile organic compound materials.
