CCI Realty signs new MOU to expand EdgeProp EPIQ access

• EdgeProp will provide CCI Realty with comprehensive services including access to transacted property data, and market reports.

PETALING JAYA (Dec 10) EdgeProp and CCI Realty Sdn Bhd have formalised their ongoing collaboration through a renewed memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed on Dec 5. 

The partnership, which began on June 12, 2024, is aimed at enhancing CCI Realty’s access to property data and analytics tools through EdgeProp’s EPIQ Full Suite.

Under the one-year agreement, EdgeProp will provide CCI Realty with comprehensive services including access to transacted property data and market reports.

EdgeProp operates EdgeProp.my, a Malaysian property portal designed to empower consumers with resources to make informed property decisions. The platform combines property listings with up-to-date news, home price data, local information, and analytical tools.

CCI Realty founder Saiful Hafiz Ismail said the MOU will provide agents with additional tools and platforms to enhance their services.

“This collaboration will ensure CCI Realty agents get to fully utilise the benefits of EdgeProp’s services, giving them more resources when serving their clients,” he said.
