KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 15): LBS Bina Group Bhd (KL:LBS) has launched Aulica, an RM83 million leasehold residential development within the D’Island Residence township in Puchong, Selangor. The low-density project offers 79 double-storey terraced homes.

This followed the group's RM139 million Astella launch in 2023 and comes amid LBS’ plans to roll out 2,118 units across various property types in Klang Valley, with a combined gross development value of RM1.1 billion.

Commenting on Aulica, LBS group executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San said, “Planned with families in mind, [Aulica] offers a harmonious flow between homes, streets, and green spaces—this addition to D’Island Residence aligns with our vision of providing homes that meet the evolving needs of the community.”
