KLANG (Jan 12): Ancubic Group of Companies’ Rosedale commercial component located in Klang, Selangor has been fully sold out.
This was revealed at the opening ceremony of the Rosedale Property Gallery here on Saturday, which was attended by Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook, Klang mayor Datuk Haji Abd Hamid Hussain, and other government officials.
Ancubic Group managing director Datuk Low Boon An said Rosedale is a serviced apartment that is designed to integrate residential units with commercial spaces in a way that encourages interaction and mutual support, forming a connected and sustainable community.
The event also saw memorandums of understanding (MOUs) signed with key commercial partners Jaya Grocer supermarket chain, and Hock Kee Kopitiam restaurant chain.
“Now, we have Jaya Grocer on board, and it’s a great start. Once we got to know them, we immediately shook hands and became business partners. Most of our past projects are aligned in terms of planning and operations, and we are also looking to expand further,” Low told the press at the event.
“When we expand into different regions such as Selangor or Penang, this business model will follow. We are working with various partners, including retail operators, and international industry players, to strengthen the overall value of each development,” he added.
On the same day, the property developer also signed MOUs with Rinjin Shokudo Japanese restaurant, and Fruit Addicts juice bar for Ancubic PickleClub, a pickleball facility located in Ancubic Harmoni, a mixed-used development in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.

Low also stated that the company’s aim is to deliver long-term value by integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into its developments and fostering strong community-building concepts.
“From an ESG perspective, the development (Rosedale) incorporates environmentally-friendly solutions, including rainwater harvesting systems for landscaping, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and energy-efficient building concepts.
“These features reduce energy consumption while improving overall liveability and environmental performance,” he explained.
Ancubic Group executive director Datin Kimilee You said Rosedale is not just a physical development, but an urban hub connecting people, transportation, commerce, and community life.
“Through thoughtful planning, forward-looking design, and comprehensive facilities, we aim to inject long-term value into the city while providing investors with substantial returns, and diversified business opportunities,” she said.
Located in the heart of Bandar Botanic, Rosedale enjoys a prime location adjacent to major highways and the upcoming LRT3 Bukit Tinggi station, offering seamless connectivity to Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and other key cities, said the developer.
Catering to both owner-occupiers and investors, the integrated development combines residential, retail, office, and leisure spaces, not only providing residents with a high-quality living environment, but also offering investors considerable returns and long-term value growth potential, it added.

The sales gallery features model units, a smart home experience zone, and an interactive area showcasing future community planning. Visitors can gain a firsthand experience of the envisioned community lifestyle, and in-depth insights into the project’s planning and design philosophy.
In his speech, Loke said that one of the most important factors in any property development is the developer’s reputation.

“Based on Ancubic’s track record across various states, including Penang and Selangor, I am confident in the company’s ability to deliver this project.
“What truly matters is not how impressive a project looks at launch, but whether it is completed on time, and delivered to buyers as a quality product. Completion on schedule and quality delivery are critical, especially for residential developments,” he stated.
