According to Alan Lai (REN 08653) (016-785 5250) of GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, the buyers purchased the condominium unit for their own stay. The previous owners sold the property as they were moving back to East Malaysia.

In August 2025, a condominium unit in Menara Belfield was transacted for RM600,000. The unit has a built-up area of 1,367.03 sq ft, translating to RM438.91 psf (source: EdgeProp EPIQ).

As of the beginning of January, based on *six sale listings on EdgeProp at Menara Belfield, the average asking price was RM383,000 or RM372 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 926 to 1,200 sq ft. Based on *three rental listings, the average monthly rate was RM3,900 or RM3.60 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 797 to 1,238 sq ft
