KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 23): EXSIM Group has entered into a strategic collaboration with RHB Banking Group to introduce the newly enhanced RHB Green Home Financing Guarantee Programme.

According to a press release on Jan 23, the partnership marks EXSIM as the first property developer in Malaysia to collaborate with RHB under this financing initiative. The programme offers up to 110% financing for homebuyers of eligible green-certified residential developments.

Under the scheme, purchasers can obtain 100% financing for the property value and an additional 10% to cover Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) or Credit Level Term Assurance (CLTA) and other entry costs.

The initiative is currently available across a portfolio of 17 EXSIM developments. Eligible projects include The Fiddlewooz @ KL Metropolis, D’Clover Residences, D’Terra Residences, D’Tessera Residences and Hugoz Suites @ KL City Centre.

EXSIM Group managing director Lim Aik Hoe said, “EXSIM remains committed to advancing sustainable development by integrating thoughtful design, environmental responsibility and liveability across our developments. Our collaboration with RHB Banking Group reflects a shared vision to make green-certified homes more accessible to a wider segment of homebuyers. Being the first developer to roll out this newly launched financing programme underscores our proactive approach in supporting sustainable living without compromising financial flexibility”.

RHB Group community banking managing director Jeffrey Ng Eow Oo said, “At RHB, we design our products to meet real customer needs. The Green Home Financing Guarantee Programme does exactly that—it supports Malaysians who want a sustainable home while keeping financing practical and accessible. Our collaboration with EXSIM allows us to offer a clear pathway for customers to make greener choices with confidence”.

The collaboration is intended to reinforce a shared commitment to sustainability and inclusive homeownership, while supporting national aspirations for environmentally responsible urban development.
