NCM Co launches Gong Xi Auction Fair offering over 500 properties

PETALING JAYA (Jan 26): NCM Co will hold the Gong Xi Auction Fair, a one-day hybrid property auction, on Jan 28 from 11am to 3pm at the NCM Co Auction Hall, Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur.

The event will include more than 500 auction properties from eight financial institutions.

The auction will feature a range of properties across different locations and price points. Highlighted listings include:

* A 2.5-storey linked house corner lot in Puchong, offered with discounts of up to 40% from market value.

* A freehold two-storey terrace end lot at Tropicana Heights, Kajang, with a reserve price of RM769,500.

* Units at Anjali Condominium in Kuala Lumpur, offered from reserve prices below RM500 per square foot.

* Kelana Mahkota Condominium in Petaling Jaya, starting from RM387,000 for approximately 1,260 square feet.

NCM Co stated the importance of preparation and education for auction participants.

The company has shared a checklist for buyers, which includes reviewing the Proclamation of Sale to understand the reserve price, auction terms, deposit requirements, and conditions of sale.

Participants are also advised to inspect the property surroundings, assess market value, check for any outstanding fees, prepare deposits and understand payment timelines, review financing eligibility, factor in total acquisition costs, and consult NCM Co’s sales advisors for guidance on property selection and post-auction procedures.
