Exsim Hospitality wins interior works job for KL apartment project

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 27): Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured a RM21.9 million sub-contract for interior fit-out works at a 50-storey mixed commercial development along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.

Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary, accepted the letter of appointment from HAB Construction Sdn Bhd on Monday for the supply and installation of fit-out works covering serviced apartment units from Levels 7 to 46, according to the group's Bursa Malaysia filing.

The ongoing works are scheduled for completion on Jan 2, 2028.

Exsim Hospitality’s shares closed unchanged 26.5 sen on Monday, with a market capitalisation of RM615.4 million. The stock has gained 15.2% so far this year.
