According to Yad Zahari (REN 54620) (011-5411 4831) of Landsworth Properties Sdn Bhd, the buyer was attracted by the land’s competitive pricing, suitable size and shape, and strategic location near major townships. The previous owners sold the inherited property as they had no intention or capacity to maintain or utilise it.
