PETALING JAYA (Feb 6): Tropicana Corporation Bhd has launched its Chinese New Year (CNY) campaign alongside a brand film, and new show units at its flagship property gallery, featuring developments in Johor, Genting Highlands, and Langkawi.

The initiative highlights the group’s focus on resort-style and lifestyle-driven residential properties.

Its marketing and sales, and business development managing director Ixora Ang said the campaign aligns with the group’s brand mantra, Redefining the Art of Living, and includes exclusive prosperity packages, a locally-produced multicultural film called "Redefining the Art of Living", and a specially composed-CNY song by YouTube influencer Han Xiao Aii.

“This year also saw the introduction of Tropicana's mascots, ZiZi and TuTu, to enhance the customer experience at our gallery,” she said during the media presentation at Tropicana Gardens Office Tower in Petaling Jaya (PJ).

Ang added that the flagship property gallery now houses three show units from the group’s signature developments, making it easier for buyers to experience multiple resort-style and holiday properties in one location.

“New show units at our flagship gallery on Level 10 in Tropicana Gardens Tower Office include Breeze Hill Shoppes & Serviced Apartments at Tropicana Avalon in Genting Highlands, starting from RM348,000, Clarissa Serviced Suites at Tropicana Cenang in Langkawi, starting from RM591,000, and Skypark Kepler at Lido Waterfront Boulevard in Johor Bahru, starting from RM454,000,” she said.

Open house events will be held at selected galleries in Subang Jaya, Genting Highlands, Johor, and Puncak Alam between Feb 7 and March 1, featuring property tours, and buyer engagement activities.
