E&O launches Seri Embun, low-density homes in City of Elmina with green surroundings

PETALING JAYA (Feb 6): Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) unveiled Seri Embun, a gated, low-density residential community in City of Elmina, featuring spacious homes designed for privacy, multigenerational living, and access to surrounding green spaces.

E&O managing director Kok Tuck Cheong said wellness today is no longer an add-on, it is central to how people live, connect and thrive.

The Seri Embun Gallery is now open for private viewings, allowing potential buyers to experience the layouts, communal areas, and design language that will define the development.

The gallery reflects the future clubhouse and shared spaces, highlighting wellness-oriented layouts and a nature-connected environment.
