PETALING JAYA: (Feb 19) Radium Development Bhd has completed its proposed acquisition of a leasehold parcel in Bandar Ampang, Selangor, for RM45 million, following the fulfilment of conditions precedent and full settlement of the balance purchase price.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing dated today, the group said the sale and purchase agreement for the land—held under PN110508, Lot No. 62019, Seksyen 15, Bandar Ampang, Daerah Ulu Langat—became unconditional on July 23, 2025.
The acquisition was undertaken by Mayang Sepakat Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary of Radium.
Radium said the original completion period was first extended to Dec 31, 2025 and subsequently to Jan 31, 2026, with both extensions granted without the imposition of any interest or penalty.
Vacant possession of the land was delivered on Jan 31, 2026.
The balance purchase price of RM31.5 million was paid in full on Feb 13, 2026, marking the completion of the RM45,000,888 acquisition.
The proposed acquisition was first announced on Dec 3, 2024.
