PETALING JAYA (March 2): S P Setia has announced a collaboration with RHB Bank Bhd aimed at providing purchasers with a streamlined and efficient transition into their new homes.

S P Setia’s ‘Sign & Prosper’ campaign offers new purchasers a rebate of RM3,888, while existing homeowners can receive RM2,888 by referring a new buyer through the ‘Refer & Reward’ programme.

The campaign will run until March 15, the company said in a media release.

Eligible purchasers who opt for RHB Bank’s Home & Renovation Loan can benefit from financing of up to 120% for properties valued at RM500,000 and above. The scheme applies to both first and second mortgages, extending the benefits to homeowners seeking additional financing.

“The 'Sign & Prosper' campaign celebrates new beginnings in the Year of the Horse, as we mobilise sales with both existing and new Setia homeowners. With a partner like RHB Bank, prosperity is truly shared, as our homeowners can enjoy financial runway to personalise their Setia homes from day one,” said S P Setia CEO Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus.

S P Setia has established a strong presence in Malaysia’s key economic centres, and has extended its international footprint with projects in the United Kingdom, Australia, Vietnam, and China.

As of Sept 30, 2025, the group manages a portfolio of 42 ongoing projects supported by a land bank of 4,760 acres, representing a GDV of RM109 billion. S P Setia’s total unbilled sales are reported at RM4.1 billion.
