S P Setia partners Affin Bank for up to 120% home financing campaign

PETALING JAYA (March 2): S P Setia Bhd has launched a Chinese New Year campaign in collaboration with Affin Bank Bhd, offering homebuyers financing packages of up to 120% for selected properties nationwide.

The property developer said via a media release that purchasers of its developments can apply for Affin’s Shariah-compliant Home Reno-i financing, with a repayment tenure of up to 35 years.

S P Setia chief operating officer Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus said access to the right financing is a critical enabler for many homebuyers to turn their homeownership aspirations into reality.

“At Setia, our role goes beyond building homes. We are committed to facilitating a holistic homebuying journey by working with trusted financial partners to provide solutions that are practical, accessible and aligned with our buyers’ needs.

“Our collaboration with Affin Bank reflects a shared commitment to supporting homeowners with flexible and principled financing, especially during a meaningful season of renewal and new beginnings,” she said in a statement today.

Under the Home Reno-i package, buyers can obtain financing of up to 120%, subject to terms and conditions, with flexible repayment structures based on household affordability.

The campaign runs in conjunction with Setia’s Chinese New Year promotions and open house events across its projects nationwide.
