KUALA LUMPUR (March 4): TA Global Bhd officially unveiled Tower B of Amaya Residences in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor on March 1, following an 80% take-up rate for Tower A of the development.
As part of the bigger Damansara Avenue masterplan, Amaya Residences has a gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion. It comprises two 68-storey residential towers with the newly launched Tower B offering 634 units ranging from 539 sq ft to 1,181 sq ft.
According to a press statement issued on Wednesday, Tower B introduces additional family-oriented facilities, including rooftop venues such as the Sky BBQ Lounge and Sky Dining, which are designed for gatherings and communal activities. Residents will also have direct access from the Tower B Lobby Lounge to retail and dining outlets at the upcoming DA Central Mall.
The mall is expected to feature approximately 420,000 sq ft of retail and food and beverage space within the Damansara Avenue development.
The residential development will also be linked to a nearby MRT station through a dedicated bridge connection.
“With Tower A, we introduced the foundation of Urban Resort Living. The new tower allows us to explore the concept in its fuller expression. We have enhanced the design to strengthen social connections, responding directly to what modern families’ value most,” TA Global CEO Tiah Joo Kim said in the press statement.
