Tropicana launches Raya campaign offering rewards worth over RM2 mil across 10 developments

PETALING JAYA (March 13): Tropicana Corp Bhd (Tropicana Corp) has launched a Hari Raya Aidilfitri sales campaign offering property incentives and referral rewards worth more than RM2 million, as developers step up promotional activity during the festive season.

The “Spread the Rezeki Raya Campaign”, which runs until April 18, 2026, covers 10 Tropicana developments nationwide and includes incentives such as legal fee and stamp duty absorption, referral rewards and flexible financing packages, according to a company statement.

Participating projects include Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Grandhill, Tropicana Paradise, Tropicana Avalon, Tropicana Cenang, Tropicana Uplands, and Lido Waterfront Boulevard.

The campaign also offers referral rewards of up to RM80,000, alongside financing options such as Maybank MyDeco and the Easy Payment Scheme, the developer said.

In conjunction with the campaign, Tropicana Corp will organise Hari Raya open house events at selected property galleries in Johor, Selangor, and Subang Jaya.

These include:

*April 4, 2026 – Lido Waterfront Boulevard and Tropicana Danga Bay property gallery, Johor
*April 5, 2026 – Tropicana Uplands property gallery, Johor
*April 11–12, 2026 – Tropicana Alam property gallery, Puncak Alam
*April 11–12, 2026 – Tropicana Metropark property gallery, Subang Jaya
*According to the developer, the campaign is accompanied by a Raya-themed brand film highlighting themes of family, community and cultural traditions.

It also includes three gamified digital engagement activities aimed at increasing public interaction with the brand.

Managing director of marketing, sales and business development Ixora Ang said the campaign builds on the group’s earlier Chinese New Year promotional activities.

“Riding on the momentum of its Chinese New Year campaign, Tropicana continues its commitment to connecting communities and forging futures with the launch of its Spread the Rezeki Raya campaign,” she said in the statement.

Customers can also look forward to a comprehensive suite of rewards and financing solutions:

*Samsung Music Frame and exclusive Tropicana merchandise via gamified activities
*Festive Raya Rezeki incentives for successful homebuyers
*Full absorption of legal fees and stamp duties
