S P Setia launches Raya campaign with incentives of up to RM370,000

Setia’s Raya campaign aims to enhance the homeownership experience while fostering stronger connections among families, friends and communities.

PETALING JAYA (March 16): S P Setia Bhd (SP Setia) has launched a Hari Raya Aidilfitri sales campaign offering incentives and referral rewards aimed at encouraging home purchases and strengthening engagement with existing buyers.

The campaign, running from today to April 30, 2026, features promotions for new purchasers as well as members of the developer’s Citizen Setia buyer community.

According to a company statement, the “Rezeki Bonanza” campaign includes incentives with total rewards of up to RM370,000.

A key component of the campaign is a RM4,000 reward per unit for buyers who book participating properties during the campaign period and sign their sale and purchase agreement (SPA) within 30 days.

The developer is also offering a referral programme under the “Kawan Bawa Kawan” initiative. Citizen Setia members who introduce new buyers to participating developments during the campaign period will receive a RM3,000 referral fee per successful transaction, according to the statement.

Incentives aimed at boosting purchase conversions

Commenting on the campaign, Zaini Yusoff, president and CEO of S P Setia, said the initiative is designed to encourage homeownership while strengthening engagement with existing purchasers.

“This Aidilfitri campaign underscores S P Setia’s focus on making quality homeownership more attainable through stronger purchase incentives, timely SPA conversions and added benefits for both new buyers and Citizen Setia members,” he said in the statement.

Zaini added that the campaign also reflects the group’s longer-term commitment to delivering sustainable homes and township developments.

Festive events and digital engagement

The campaign will also include festive activities at selected Setia sales galleries as well as digital engagement through a Raya-themed in-app game on the Setia Go application.

Sales events will be held at selected galleries across the Klang Valley, Johor, and Penang, the developer said.
