As of beginning-April, based on *48 sale listings of condominiums on EdgeProp for Park Place @ ParkCity, the average asking price was RM2,913,489.36 or RM1,643.50 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,109 to 3,003 sq ft.  For rentals, there were *23 listings, with an average asking monthly rate of RM13,656.48 or RM6.80 psf, based on built-ups ranging from 1,001 to 3,003 sq ft.
