UOA REIT releases FY2025 annual report, sets April 29 for AGM

PETALING JAYA (April 8): UOA Real Estate Investment Trust (UOA REIT) has released its annual report and corporate governance (CG) Report for FY2025, alongside issuing a notice for its 14th annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 29. 

According to a Bursa Malaysia filing on Tuesday, the annual report covers the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.

The AGM will be held at Connexion Conference & Event Centre @ Nexus, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur, at 10:00am, with the record of depositors set for April 21. 

The meeting agenda includes the tabling of the audited financial statements for unitholders’ information, together with reports issued by RHB Trustees Bhd as trustee, and UOA Asset Management Sdn Bhd as manager of the REIT. 

No resolutions requiring unitholder approval were specified beyond the presentation of the audited accounts, which is standard for REIT AGMs where financial statements are tabled for discussion rather than voting.
