Chin Hin tops out Solarvest Suites in Bangsar South with 90% take-up

PETALING JAYA (April 8): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) has marked the topping-out milestone of Solarvest Suites, a 34-storey premium office and lifestyle development located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. 

The project carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM235 million and has achieved a current take-up rate of 90%.

In a statement, CHGP said the development is designed to offer modern, convenient and sustainable office spaces tailored for professionals and businesses.  

It is located 300m from the Universiti LRT Station, with an additional future MRT station. The development also features a direct pedestrian bridge to KL Gateway Mall.

Sustainability-related features include water-efficient fittings throughout the building and dedicated EV-charging facilities.

“Solarvest Suites reflects our vision of blending functionality, lifestyle, and sustainability in one vibrant workspace,” said CHGP group CEO Chang Tze Yoong.

“Celebrating its topping out is a proud moment for us, as it brings the project closer to completion and is ready to serve the growing demand for modern office spaces in Bangsar South,” he said.
