Inta Bina bags RM32 mil construction job in Shah Alam

KUALA LUMPUR (April 8): Inta Bina Group Bhd (KL:INTA) said on Wednesday it has won a RM32.41 million construction job at the Eco Ardence township near Setia Alam, Shah Alam.

In a filing, the construction outfit said the development consists of a two-storey block housing 22 low-cost shops and a multipurpose hall, a five-storey block with retail units and office floors, and an electrical substation.

Eco Ardence is a 533-acre mixed development undertaken jointly by Eco World Development Group Bhd (KL:ECOWLD) and another property developer, Cascara Sdn Bhd.

Inta Bina said construction is scheduled to commence on April 15, with completion targeted for Oct 15, 2027.

The contract, it said, is expected to contribute positively to its earnings over the duration of the project.

“Together with the group’s existing pipeline, this award provides the group with solid earnings visibility as it continues to execute on its current workload and pursue new opportunities selectively,” it added.

Shares in Inta Bina closed one sen or 2.8% higher at 37 sen on Wednesday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM230.8 million.
