Crescendo sells 49.72-acre Kota Tinggi land to Digital Edge for RM346.53 mil

PETALING JAYA (April 10): Crescendo Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Crescendo Development Sdn Bhd has entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to dispose of a 49.72-acre freehold vacant industrial land in Kota Tinggi, Johor to Digital Edge Data Centers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Digital Edge Data Centers) for RM346.53 million cash, or RM160 per sq ft.

The SPA was signed yesterday (April 9). The land is held under title H.S.(D) 62048 PTD 50892 in the Mukim and District of Kota Tinggi, State of Johor, with a total area of approximately 2,165,805 sq ft.

The purchaser, Digital Edge Data Centers, is a non-related party to Crescendo under Chapter 10 of Bursa Malaysia's Listing Requirements.

The transaction was announced to Bursa Malaysia yesterday (April 9).
