Polygon Properties marks 9th anniversary with awards night, Playbook launch

PETALING JAYA (April 29): Real estate agency Polygon Properties marked its ninth anniversary with its Globe Gala Night on April 17 at Galaxy Banquet Hall in Sentul, bringing together 500 guests for a cross-cultural themed celebration.

"Every year, we see life changes. We believe effort does make a difference in our destiny. And this year, I can see a lot more new faces, and new members have joined our big family. Welcome," founder Derek Soh said in an interview with EdgeProp.

The annual dinner, themed “Around the World”, served as both a milestone celebration and an awards night recognising the agency’s top performers of 2025, with 33 award categories and a total of 186 awards presented.

Founder CJ Hah highlighted the company’s focus on leadership and empowerment within the organisation.

“I hope all the leaders of Polygon Properties can empower and inspire our members, just like what our purpose states — ‘A Changed Life, Changes Lives’,” she said.

Key attendees included principals, group partners, leaders, managers, agents and management staff, alongside representatives from more than 100 companies, including developers, bankers, lawyers, NGOs, media partners and business organisations.

Among the award recipients, Justin Toh was named Role Model of the Year, while Jason Cho received the Million Dollar Achiever award for five consecutive years and was also named Champion Performer of the Year (Secondary Market). Justin Toh and Jeffrey Chia were also recognised as Million Dollar Achievers.

Jeffrey Chia was awarded Champion Performer of the Year (Primary Market). Century Group and Genesis Group were recognised as Top Performance Group of the Year for the primary and secondary markets, respectively.

The evening also featured a special opening performance led by the founders in pilot-themed costumes alongside the core Polygon Properties team, symbolising the agency's leadership into another successful year.

Three further performances were staged in keeping with the "Around the World" theme, along with a special pop dance featuring a Zootopia mascot. Jason Cho was also given a special tribute to mark his fifth consecutive year as a Million Dollar Achiever.

A key highlight of the night was the launch of the Polygon Playbooks — "Polygon 100 Days" and "Polygon 300" — practical guides built from real experiences, skills and proven strategies by Polygon members.

Initiated by Joescher Chee and Tracy Chee from 10X Business Strategy Consultant and brought to life through months of work by a dedicated committee, the guides are designed to support new joiners in their first 100 days and empower the broader team to achieve accelerated growth.

Beyond the celebrations, Polygon Properties reiterated its position as a real estate corporation providing comprehensive solutions, spanning six core business areas: development consultancy, agency services, asset management, interior design and renovation, media platforms, and its Polygon ONE App IT solution.

The company said it aims to continue creating value, empowering its members, and providing a strong platform for sustainable growth and collaboration.
