PropNex Malaysia sets Asean and Asia records with largest paid real estate sales masterclass

KUALA LUMPUR (May 8): PropNex Malaysia has been officially recognised for setting both an Asean and Asia record for organising the Largest Paid Real Estate Sales Masterclass Featuring a Millionaire Trainer Panel, achieved through its flagship training programme, Advance Sales Techniques (AST) — Millionaire Mastery.

The recognition was conferred by Asean Records and Asia Records, regional record-keeping bodies that document exceptional achievements across Southeast Asia and the broader Asian region. 

The record was set during the 18th edition of AST, conducted over three days from May 5 to 7, 2026, at The Vertical, Kuala Lumpur. The record-breaking benchmarks achieved were 803 paid participants in a single seating and 23 millionaire speakers sharing on stage, with 60 millionaire achievers present on the ground from both PropNex Singapore and Malaysia.

The programme is built on the training foundation of PropNex Singapore and is led by PropNex Singapore co-founder, director and master trainer Alan Lim. The curriculum covers key areas including emotional selling, effective marketing, buyer and seller qualification, open listing strategies and advanced negotiation techniques.

Since its launch in Malaysia, AST has produced 54 millionaires in total, while 50 participants returned as repeat attendees for this edition — figures that PropNex says reinforce the programme's effectiveness in nurturing high-performing real estate professionals.

"This milestone is a testament to the strength of our training ecosystem and the collective drive of our community to grow, excel, and lead," said PropNex Malaysia chief executive officer Marcus Teng.

The record-breaking event comes on the back of another milestone for PropNex Malaysia — recently surpassing 2,000 registered estate negotiators (RENs), as announced at the PropNex Infinity Convention.

PropNex Malaysia has operated as a master licensee of PropNex Singapore since 2018 and currently has branches in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, KLCC, Johor Bahru, Cheras, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak.
