KUALA LUMPUR (May 8): Malaysian property developer Malton Bhd launched the first phase of its Ukay Spring development at the Ukay Spring Welcome Centre today.
The event began with a lion dance performance and concluded with refreshments for guests.
Ukay Spring is a 56-acre master-planned development located in Ukay Perdana, Ampang Jaya. The first phase comprises 142 stratified landed homes with clubhouse facilities, jogging paths and linear parks. The development also overlooks the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge.
The residential offerings in the first phase include three-storey semi-detached homes measuring 40 feet by 90 feet, as well as 2.5-storey link villas with built-ups measuring 22 feet by 80 feet.
The development is connected to several major highways, including the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE), Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE) and Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE).
The homes are said to be equipped with EV-ready isolator switches as part of its sustainability features. The project is also designed as a gated and guarded community with landscaped green spaces throughout the development.
For context, the group was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in 2002, and is involved in property development, construction and project management.
The group’s portfolio includes township developments, landed and high-rise residential projects, office buildings and commercial properties across Greater Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Melaka and Johor.
Among its developments are Amaya Saujana, Nova Saujana and The Cantonment, while Pavilion Bukit Jalil City is one of its ongoing integrated developments.
