Trinity Rainfora tops out as Phase 1 records full take-up; Phase 2 priced from RM568,000

PETALING JAYA (May 12): Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has marked the topping out of Trinity Rainfora, its rainforest-inspired transit-oriented development in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor. The Phase One of the freehold development has recorded a full take-up ahead of schedule.

Block A (Phase One), launched in September 2024, has been fully taken up, with Block B (Phase Two) now open for purchase with units priced from RM568,000. Both towers are targeted for completion in 3Q2027.

Trinity Rainfora carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM395 million and sits on 2.4 acres of freehold land in Bandar Kinrara. The development comprises two 31-storey residential towers with 535 units, offering built-up sizes of 739 to 1,184 sq ft, priced from RM530,000. 

Nine commercial units with built-ups of 3,859 to 15,905 sq ft are also available, priced from RM3.5 million.

Trinity Rainfora (tagged in blue on EPIQ) is connected to the Kinrara BK5 LRT Station via a 400m covered walkway, with direct access to the Bukit Jalil Highway, Damansara–Puchong Expressway (LDP) and Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas).

Connectivity and facilities

The development is connected to the Kinrara BK5 LRT Station via a 400m covered walkway, with direct access to the Bukit Jalil Highway, Damansara–Puchong Expressway (LDP) and Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas). 

Nearby amenities include Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kinrara Golf Club, Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, KPJ Specialist & Healthcare Centre Kinrara, and a range of schools and universities.

Residents will have access to 36 facilities across the podium, including a 25m infinity pool, rainforest canopy, waterfall Jacuzzi, aqua gym, 150m jogging trail, glamping forest, yoga deck, edible garden and co-working spaces.

Trinity Rainfora is backed by Trinity Group's 10-Year Gold Assurance Program — which the developer said is a first among Malaysian property developers — featuring a 36-month defect liability period, a five-year warranty against tile pop-ups, and a 10-year roof leak warranty.

Trinity Rainfora is the latest addition to Trinity Group's portfolio, which has delivered developments with a cumulative GDV exceeding RM2.8 billion to date.
