Rehda WP Kuala Lumpur unveils new leadership for 2026–2028 term

PETALING JAYA (May 22): The Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (Rehda) Wilayah Persekutuan (Kuala Lumpur) has elected a new branch committee for the 2026–2028 term following its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held yesterday, at Wisma Rehda here.

Leading the new lineup is Rehda WP Kuala Lumpur chairman Datuk David Lim Boon Huat of Aikbee Timbers Sdn Bhd.

Office bearers for 2026–2028:

(1) Deputy branch chairperson: Tan Yee Seng (IGB Bhd)
(2) Branch secretary: Chan Jin-Wy (BON Estates Sdn Bhd)
(3) Assistant branch secretary: Lee Han Rick (Glory Bounty Sdn Bhd)
(4) Branch treasurer: Chia Kim Puin (CRSC Property Sdn Bhd)

Ex-officio members:

(i) Immediate past chairperson: Carrie Fong Kah Wai (Hedgeford Sdn Bhd)

In a statement, the association said the newly elected leadership would continue to uphold Rehda's objectives and represent the interests of property developers and real estate owners, while strengthening the branch's role in promoting excellence and sustainable growth within the property industry.

Rehda WP Kuala Lumpur said it remains committed to representing the views of the property sector at both federal and local authority levels, while contributing towards Kuala Lumpur's vision of becoming a world-class sustainable and liveable city.

Rehda WP Kuala Lumpur is the representative body for property developers and real estate owners in the Federal Territories, covering a broad spectrum of developments including residential, commercial and industrial projects.
