S P Setia bags World Silver for Precinct Arundina at 2026 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards

PETALING JAYA (June 12): S P Setia Bhd has been named World Silver Winner in the Residential Low Rise category at the 2026 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards for Precinct Arundina, its landed residential development within Setia Eco Park in Selangor.

According to the group, the award was received by S P Setia president and CEO Datuk Zaini Yusoff at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026 presentation ceremony and gala dinner held at the Hofburg Vienna, Heldenplatz / Feststiege, on June 11, 2026.

“This international recognition is a strong affirmation of Setia’s continued commitment to delivering thoughtfully planned, high-quality developments that respond to the evolving needs of today’s homebuyers,” said Zaini.

“It also elevates Precinct Arundina’s standing on the global stage, while reinforcing Setia Eco Park’s reputation as one of Malaysia’s most successful and enduring township developments.

“Precinct Arundina has resonated strongly with homebuyers by offering quality landed homes at competitive price points, complemented by a tranquil, green and well-connected living environment,” he added.

Zaini said the success of Precinct Arundina is further strengthened by its location within Setia Eco Park, which won Gold in the Master Plan category at the 2007 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, a recognition that he said continues to reflect the township’s planning vision, execution and long-term value creation.

S P Setia said its projects have consistently been recognised across master-planned townships, residential developments, commercial assets and sustainable communities, which it believes reflects the depth and consistency of its development efforts.

The group said this latest accolade further strengthens its standing at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, which it described as the global benchmark for real estate. To date, S P Setia said it has secured 19 World Gold Prix d’Excellence Awards, which the group says is the highest number attained by any developer globally.

The group said the recognition also validates its track record in creating well-planned, sustainable communities with enriched lifestyles over more than 50 years, and reflects its focus on developments that prioritise environmental quality, liveability and enduring value creation.

S P Setia noted that FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation founded in Paris in 1951, is a worldwide business networking organisation for professionals across the real estate industry.
