Exsim achieves 100% green certification for high-rise portfolio

KUALA LUMPUR (June 12): Property developer Exsim has achieved a corporate milestone with 100% of its completed and ongoing high-rise developments now being green-certified.

The announcement follows the company securing two accolades at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026 held on June 11 at Hofburg Vienna, Austria.

According to a press statement issued on Friday, Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road emerged as a World Silver Winner in the Mixed-Use Development category, while The Arcuz @ Kelana Jaya was named a World Silver Winner in the Residential High Rise category.

The company noted that both Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road and The Arcuz @ Kelana Jaya achieved outstanding Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) scores of 86%.

“Achieving this milestone together reflects the strength, passion and dedication of our team as we continue striving for excellence in creating transformative and sustainable developments. We are honoured by this recognition, which inspires us to keep raising our standards and delivering meaningful places for communities to thrive,” said Exsim managing director Lim Aik Hoe in the statement.
