Kerjaya Prospek bags RM529.3 mil Bukit Tunku villa contract from BRDB

PETALING JAYA (June 15): Main Market-listed construction group Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM529.32 million building contract for a residential development in Taman Duta, Bukit Tunku.

In a Bursa filing, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd accepted a letter of award dated June 12, 2026 from BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd for the project.

The fixed lump sum contract is valued at RM529,319,000.

The contract covers the execution and completion of a residential development at Lot 480191, Jalan Gallagher, Taman Duta, Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur, comprising eight blocks of villa residences totalling 146 units, two blocks of car parks, two levels of basement car parks, and common facilities including a clubhouse.

The project is scheduled to commence on June 15, 2026, with completion within 33 months from the commencement date.

Kerjaya Prospek said the contract is expected to provide an additional revenue stream over the next three years. It will have no impact on the company's issued share capital, but is anticipated to contribute positively to earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 2026 to 2029. The award is also expected to further strengthen the group's existing order book.

The group confirmed that none of its directors, major shareholders, or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the contract.
