According to Peter Tang (REN 01200) (016-806 1119) of The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd, the tenant wanted a unit in a strategic location, while the owner decided to rent out the property as part of a long-term investment plan. The unit stood out from comparable listings because of its additional built-up space, which was added by the landlord across certain floors, along with a well-structured and thoughtfully planned layout. The tenant considered the rental rate as “reasonable”.
As of late-June, based on *nine sale listings on EdgeProp of factories/warehouses at Kawasan Perindustrian Desa Aman, the average asking price was RM8,124,321 or RM1,092.11 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 6,534 to 15,000 sq ft. Based on *three rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM41,333.33 or RM1.26 psf, based on built-up sizes ranging from 10,000 to 12,000 sq ft.
