KUALA LUMPUR (June 30): Property developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd launched its Matrix 30A HOME Rush Campaign as part of its 30th anniversary celebrations in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan today.
“Today is about giving back to the community to make this journey possible. This campaign is our way of saying thank you,” said Matrix group managing director Kelvin Lee.
The campaign is to mark the group’s largest homeownership initiative to date, offering more than RM30 million worth of savings, rewards and prizes as an expression of appreciation to homeowners and communities who have supported Matrix Concepts, the company stated in a media release.
Running from June 30 to Nov 30, 2026, the campaign is centred around the theme “Buy a Home. Stand to Win Another”, aiming to provide homebuyers with additional benefits and opportunities while celebrating Matrix Concepts’ 30-year milestone.
The five-month campaign will be available across selected Matrix Concepts’ developments in Negeri Sembilan, Johor and the Klang Valley. Eligible purchasers of participating projects will have the opportunity to win one of three grand homes valued at more than RM1.6 million in total, alongside various anniversary rewards and privileges.
Selected developments under the campaign will also feature cash rewards of up to RM100,000. Other offerings include Matrix Mystery Home Boxes, Signature Kitchen rewards, referral incentives and interactive activities designed for homeowners and members of the public to participate in the anniversary celebrations.
As part of the campaign experience, eligible buyers who book selected Matrix Concepts homes during the campaign period will receive a Matrix Mystery Home Box containing a limited-edition Matrix Elementals collectible. Each box includes a Mystery Reward Card, giving purchasers the opportunity to receive property vouchers and rewards ranging from RM1,888 to RM5,888.
In addition to the benefits for homebuyers, Matrix Concepts is also introducing an interactive online game activation that allows members of the public to participate throughout the campaign period. Participants will be able to compete on a leaderboard, monitor monthly rankings and stand a chance to win prizes.
At the conclusion of the campaign, top-performing participants and eligible individuals will have the opportunity to win a 30-gram gold bar. The campaign will conclude with a Grand Finale Celebration in January 2027, bringing together homeowners and participants to commemorate Matrix Concepts’ 30-year journey.
During the finale event, eligible purchasers will stand a chance to win one of the three grand homes, as well as prizes including travel packages, smartphones and premium home appliances.
Lee said the campaign represents the group’s appreciation towards homeowners and communities that have supported its growth over the past three decades.
“For the past 30 years, Matrix Concepts has grown together with our homeowners and communities. We have witnessed families grow, milestones achieved and dreams realised within the townships we build. This campaign is our way of saying thank you and expressing our sincere appreciation to everyone who has placed their trust in us,” he said.
The launch event at d’Tempat Country Club also featured the introduction of five Matrix Elementals, mascots representing the key pillars of the Matrix Concepts ecosystem. Each Elemental reflects a specific focus area, including development and construction, education, and sustainability.
MATRIX represents Development and Construction through BUILD, MENTO represents Education through EMPOWER, while MOOSSI represents Sustainability through SAFEGUARD.
The Matrix Elementals will be featured throughout the 30th anniversary celebrations and community initiatives.
