PETALING JAYA (July 7): MN Associates has reaffirmed its commitment to developing property professionals through training and leadership development, while recognising the achievements of top-performing real estate negotiators, valuers and support staff at its Golden Recognition Awards 2025 (GRA 2025).

Its principal Shahanim Mohd Shah said that professional success should not be measured merely by sales achievements, but by the ability to earn public trust.

“High income must always be supported by high integrity. Sustainable success comes from professionalism, credibility and the trust we earn from every client we serve.

“At MN Associates, we do not simply produce real estate negotiators (RENs), we develop trusted property professionals who possess strong technical competency, unwavering integrity and the ability to build sustainable, high-income careers through professionalism and continuous learning,” she said in a statement.

“This philosophy continues to guide every training programme, mentoring initiative and leadership development effort undertaken by MN Associates,” she added.
